Last year our client moved into a Gold Creek area home in Snohomish, WA. She had some projects in mind, the first one on the list was a remodel of her master bathroom. She wanted to swap out the outdated jacuzzi tub for an deep soaker tub that would create more vanity space. She wanted a custom tiled shower in lieu of the builder basic molded model. She also wanted her new bathroom to feature luxuries such as a warming towel bar, stone surfaces, and heated floors.
Since the new bathroom was gonna have a completely different look we wanted to illustrate the changes for our homeowner with some 3D images. We included the exact materials she had in mind within the images as well as floor plan sketches.
With a great plan in place and the schedule set we began the remodel. Bathroom remodels involve many layers that go together to ensure water tight, seamless finished transitions. Below are some of the behind the scene steps we took.
The completed project features granite counters, Pental Bamboo Pearl-Grey Glass Tile Strips, a Kohler Archer 36”x72” Deep Soaker Tub (K-1125-0), a frameless shower door, approximately 85 SF of heated floor tile and many other custom features. Our client was so satisfied with her project that we were back soon after completing the master bath to remodel her hall bathroom! Below are some completed photos.
