Katie leads the client experience and design vision, blending formal design training with years of guiding homeowners through complex remodels. She moved from healthcare operations into the business to build a calmer, clearer remodeling journey—curating selections, developing 3D renderings, and shaping the end-to-end client experience.
Jacob is your bridge from concept to contract. He turns design agreements into fixed-price construction contracts, handles architectural drafting, and leads estimating with a detail-first mindset—so your investment, scope, and drawings align before construction begins. He also oversees finances to keep projects on track.
Nate is the person you’ll meet first. He leads the initial on-site consultation, helps clarify goals and budget, and presents both design and construction agreements—setting expectations and momentum from day one. (Fun fact: he used to split time with the company while serving as a volunteer firefighter—he’s been “all-in” on service from the start.)
We’ve been fortunate to have Gunnar on our team since 2016 when he came on board as a Lead Carpenter. In that time he has successfully completed numerous large scale projects as well as his coursework to achieve his NARI Certified Remodeling Project Manager status. He was promoted to production manager in September 2019. In his spare time (check that…we’re not actually sure if he has spare time) Gunnar stays very busy coaching and shuttling his 3 kids who all participate on multiple travel sports teams around the state and often Canada. He has a great passion for sports and carpentry.

Chase joined Home Run Design + Remodel in 2022. Prior to Home Run Design + Remodel, Chase gained experience in the trades as a Commercial General Laborer. In 2021, he had the opportunity to join an emergency team to help in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. Chase has always enjoyed helping his dad with small carpentry projects. In his free time, he loves to rock climb with his girlfriend and friends. Additionally, Chase loves to snowboard and play golf.
Phil joined our team in November 2019. He graduated from the Wood Technology Center (at Seattle Central College). Phil has his Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Carpentry. Phil grew up in Pennsylvania but relocated to Washington State at the end of his 5 years of service in the US Navy. He enjoys all that the northwest has to offer, especially snowboarding, in his free time.
