Kitchen & Dining Renovation – Case Study
Edmonds Kitchen & Dining Remodel
The project involved a complete demo of a small kitchen and dining space. We installed a 22’6″ Glulam Beam (5-1/2″x18″) to carry the roof load and open the room. The roof load was transferred to new concrete footings in the basement. A coffered ceiling was created in the kitchen along with new lighting. The large windows in the space give the newly remodeled space lots of natural light.
Canyon Creek cabinets, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances are some of the newly featured items in the kitchen. The island is the centerpiece of the new kitchen and the wet bar is a great feature of the dining room.
I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Alex, Nate, and Gunnar! What wonderfully nice, hard-working guys! The house has been so spotless at the end of the day and they are all so friendly and accommodating to me and the boys. I can’t imagine a better group to have in our house doing this work! I know there is a long ways to go but I just wanted pass on my thoughts at this stage! You really have put together a wonderful group of people. Your communication has been wonderful so I’m not concerned about anything at this point.
