Kitchen & Main Floor Renovation – Case Study
Main Floor Home Remodel in Edmonds
Come in and see a recent Edmonds, WA Main Floor Remodel. We completely remodeled the kitchen which now features Belmont Cherry Cabinets, Hollinsbrooke Cambria Quartz Countertops, and a flood of updated dim-controlled lighting. The backsplash is a medley of stone and glass tiles. Modern stainless steel appliances are highlighted with a Verona Island vent hood from Zephyr. The interior doors were designed to match the cabinets including a new access door for the 3-story automatic dumbwaiter.
The foyer improvements included a custom steel cable rail system with a clear VG fir banister to match the new fireplace mantel. New hickory flooring was offset by VC Natures Quartz (12×24) Sand Stone tiles in the foyer, kitchen, and powder room. The main floor of the home is now a blend of modern amenities and all the best natural materials found in the Pacific Northwest.
Jacob, Nate, and the rest of their team were true professionals. Jacob listened well to our needs, came up with several designs, helped us narrow down choices, and set up plans and a budget that met our needs. This was a large project for us to remodel the interior of our kitchen, living, family and dining room space, including a new interior stairway and dumbwaiter. We had lived in the home for over 30 years without major updating. The project took about 3 months. We included in the planning a way to live in the house during the demolition and construction.
