Home Run Design + Remodel built its client list the slow way, through referrals and word of mouth rather than advertising. Family by family, that reputation for design-build remodeling spread out from Mill Creek across Snohomish County, and today it reaches as far north as Everett, the biggest city the company now serves. That growth happened gradually. Katie and Jacob Thompson started the company in 2006 with a simple goal, one team handling design and construction together, so homeowners never got passed between separate firms mid-project.
