Quality Remodeling Services in Everett

Everett is the biggest city in Snohomish County, and it holds a lot of different eras of housing in one place, from established view homes near the water to the more suburban streets around Silver Lake in the south end of the city. Our documented service area centers on the 98208 pocket of the city, close enough to Mill Creek that these streets have always felt like an extension of our own neighborhood. A lot of homes here were built for a different kind of family, with a closed-off kitchen, a cramped bathroom, or not enough storage for how people actually live now, and a remodel does not have to mean leaving a neighborhood you already love.

Home Run Design + Remodel is a design-build team based just south in Mill Creek, and Everett has been part of our service area for years. We handle the full range of remodeling a home here might need, all under one roof, whether that is a kitchen remodel that finally opens up how your family cooks and gathers, a bathroom remodel designed around how you actually start and end your day, or a whole-house remodel that reworks the flow of the entire home. Growing families in the area also turn to us for home additions that look like they were always part of the house, and we take on basement remodels and outdoor living spaces with that same design-first approach.

Every project starts with a real conversation about how your family lives, followed by photorealistic 3D renderings so you can see the finished space before a wall comes down. We keep job sites clean, communicate with you daily, and design every room around the people who use it rather than a generic floor plan, and our showroom and design library sit close by in Mill Creek, an easy trip whether you are near Forest Park or closer to American Legion Memorial Park. Ready to reimagine your space in Everett? Let’s bring great design home.

Our Everett Remodeling Services

Kitchen Remodeling

Most homeowners remodel their kitchen because it’s outdated, there’s never enough storage, or the kitchen is closed off from the rest of the house. We’ve spent a lot of time remodeling kitchens that address all of these concerns, and more.

Bathroom Remodeling

Most homeowners decide to remodel their bathroom because it’s outdated, cramped, doesn’t match their lifestyle, or no longer feels safe to use. We’ve helped families throughout Mill Creek reimagine their bathrooms with designs that bring comfort, beauty, and modern functionality back into their homes.

Basement Remodeling

Most homeowners remodel their basements because it’s underused, unfinished, or simply not meeting their family’s needs. Maybe there’s no comfortable space for guests, no room to entertain, or nowhere for kids and teens to hang out. We’ve transformed countless basements into beautiful, functional living spaces designed around real life, and yours could be next.

Whole House Remodeling

Most homeowners choose to remodel their entire home when updates in one area just aren’t enough. Outdated design, poor functionality, or aging systems can make your home feel disconnected and hard to live in. We’ve helped families throughout Mill Creek reimagine their spaces with cohesive layouts, modern efficiency, and design continuity that ties every room together.

Home Additions

Most homeowners consider an addition when their home no longer suits their lifestyle. Whether you need a detached guest space, more room to move, or upgraded amenities that make life easier, an intentionally designed addition can transform your home and the way you live. We’ve helped families throughout Mill Creek expand their homes with seamless designs that look original and feel like they’ve always belonged.

Outdoor Living Spaces

Not enough room to host, spaces you can’t enjoy most of the year, and high-maintenance yards top the list of reasons homeowners upgrade their outdoor areas. We design and build outdoor living spaces that look beautiful, are low-maintenance, and feel connected to your home.

Our History in Everett

Home Run Design + Remodel built its client list the slow way, through referrals and word of mouth rather than advertising. Family by family, that reputation for design-build remodeling spread out from Mill Creek across Snohomish County, and today it reaches as far north as Everett, the biggest city the company now serves. A lot of the calls that come in from this part of the county start the same way, with a neighbor or relative who already worked with the crew.

That growth happened gradually. Katie and Jacob Thompson started the company in 2006 with a simple goal, one team handling design and construction together, so homeowners never got passed between separate firms mid-project. Nearly twenty years later, the same husband-and-wife partnership still leads every job, including the remodels the crew now takes on among the established homes near Grand Avenue Park and the newer streets around Silver Lake.

Katie and Jacob still sit down with each Everett family before any drawings start, asking how the house actually gets used day to day. That conversation still flows into material selections, 3D renderings, and a construction process that keeps job sites tidy and the finished work built to last.

Everett homeowners are welcome to visit the design library and showroom back in Mill Creek to handle real samples before deciding on anything, and it is not unusual for a family here to say they miss having the crew around once the work is finished.

Frequently Asked Questions - Everett Remodeling

Why choose a Mill Creek based remodeler for a project in Everett?

Our showroom and design studio sit in Mill Creek, just a short drive up I-5. That means faster site visits, a crew that already knows the mix of homes across this part of Snohomish County, and a design-build process that stays organized from the first sketch through the final walkthrough.

What does Home Run Design + Remodel handle for homeowners here?

We handle full design-build remodeling, from kitchen and bathroom remodels to whole-house remodels, home additions, basement remodels, and outdoor living spaces. One team designs and builds your project from the first conversation through the final walkthrough, so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the construction crew, and you always know who to call with a question.

What kinds of homes do you typically remodel in the 98208 area?

A lot of the homes we work on in this pocket of the city were built with an older layout in mind, closed-off kitchens, small or awkward bathrooms, and not enough storage for how a family lives today. We design around the way you actually use your home rather than forcing a generic floor plan onto an established house near Silver Lake or the surrounding streets.

Do you handle both design and construction for a remodel in this area?

Yes. Home Run Design + Remodel designs and builds every project under one roof, so your remodel has a single team accountable for the plan and the construction. You will see photorealistic 3D renderings of your new space before a wall comes down, and the same team that designed it will be the one building it.

Is the 98208 area part of Home Run's regular service area?

Yes. This part of the city, specifically the 98208 zip code, has long been part of our documented service radius out of Mill Creek. Our crews regularly work on homes here, so a project in this pocket of Snohomish County gets the same attention and the same process as work close to our showroom.
