Above and beyond what I might have expected!! They did some rework on the kitchen floor which had bothered me. They had to remove the already installed dishwasher and refrigerator in order to do it, costing them a good deal of time. One day they stayed well beyond their normal day to finish–(about 11 hours, as I recall). None of this incurred extra charges for me. In addition to being competent, hard working, prompt, and professional, they all were friendly and considerate of us. They even did some extra things to help out, which was not a part of their listed work.
We were most satisfied in all areas, but need to emphasize the daily routine of maintaining a safe, clean workplace. Being aware of the need to protect the other areas of our condo unit from dust and debris made it possible to continue living here during the remodel. The other residents in this condominium appreciated the efforts made to keep them informed of the work in progress.
